You retain ownership of the content you post or share on Aioly ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Aioly a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within Aioly's platform and related services.

Aioly reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Aioly—including its design, features, algorithms, trademarks, and AI systems—belong to Aioly or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days unless required for legal compliance.
